We boast of home-made dashi broth, which is daily cooked using wild Kombu (sea tangle) produced in Hokkaido and Katsuo (dried bonito) produced in Kyushu. We also boast of serving Udon which is springy and smooth. At our restaurant, you will enjoy "Osaka Udon" which gives you the taste of "dashi" culture. Private rooms for up to 8 people are available. Cold udon noodles, soba noodles and Nabe (pot dishes) are also included in our menu.
