It’s Kyoto in Kobe. Taste the seasons (not just the four) in your mouth. Strict to tradition, but also creative enough to adapt- not replace, but reinforce what’s been handed down. A bit pricey in the evening, but lunch is good enough to show you the level of quality. And they are all superb with sa...ke, warm or chilled.

“My first fine dining”
The best Japanese cuisine for the last 7 days. Servers were super polite and served our meals, couse by course and explained the dishes. The food was perfect and still lingered in the mouth.
