Hard Rock CAFE Yunibasarushiteiuokuosaka

We went to the Hard Rock Cafe after a day at universal studios for my birthday. We were served by Do Thu Trang who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing night. Food and drinks were fantastic and beautifully presented. Staff noticed it was my birthday and made a big fuss presenting a beau...tiful ice cream with a candle and giving us a photograph to take home. We had not pre booked and I had not expected any special treatment but this made my night! Staff were genuinely interested in talking to us and making sure we had a wonderful experience.

Despite its slightly pricey menu, it's definitely worth grabbing a bite to enjoy the atmosphere, especially if you're a fan of these joints. They used to have 2 stores in Osaka but one of them closed down due to COVID-19. Now the one by USJ is named "Hard Rock Osaka." Just like this store, I always ...enjoy walking into a Hard Rock joint to admire the memorabilia they display.

Hard Rock Cafe is a legendary spot that delivers a fun, energetic vibe with its rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia and solid menu. The atmosphere is unbeatable—whether you're a music lover or just looking for a lively dining experience, the decor and music create a unique vibe. The food is tasty (try the Leg...endary Burger!), though prices lean toward the higher side for what you get. Service is generally friendly, but it can get slow when crowded. A must-visit for the experience, but don’t expect gourmet perfection. Great for groups and special occasions!

Absolutely amazing customer service! My partner was getting cold after we had ordered and the staff noticed that almost immediately. They brought her a blanket. After a while they brought her another blanket and a cup of hot water to keep her warm. At one point they even tried to turn off the AC for... our seat, and after realizing that it wasn't possible they offered to reseat us. When paying at the register the server complimented my partners nails and asked about them. She was absolutely brimming with a smile afterwards on our journey back to the hotel! The food is also great, but I feel that it's just the standard on this chain. The menu also feels a bit cheaper than the other locations we've been to. Would absolutely come again!

I have visited over 30 Hard Rock Cafes around the world. I generally go to get a t-shirt, but also to enjoy the music and the rock memorabilia on display. The food is pretty much the same the world over in the Hard Rock's I've been to. I am giving Osaka a 2 out of 5 due to the music we were forced ...to endure. According to Wikipedia "Hard rock or heavy rock is a heavier subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars." What we heard were 2 tracks by Justin Bieber, a track by Beyonce and another by Britney Spears amongst other pop, dance, EDM, and other manufactured candy-sweet teeny-bopper stuff. Come on Osaka, go outside, look at your logo and get your act together!
