Hard Rock CAFE Yunibasarushiteiuokuosaka

I've never been to a Hard Rock, and try to avoid chains. But after a long day at Universal, we came here at closing time. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, but then got a booth. The music video screens entertained the kids, and the food wasn't too bad actually (burger based, obviously - ...nachos were a bit weaker). More expensive than regular Japanese restaurants, but that is to be expected.

This place was very quick to seat us after a very long day of being entertained by the park, hungry, and with sore feet. We medicated our pain with some delicious beverages and even more delicious food. They had some nostalgic music playing in the background and the vibes were great, all around.

We went to the Hard Rock Cafe after a day at universal studios for my birthday. We were served by Do Thu Trang who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing night. Food and drinks were fantastic and beautifully presented. Staff noticed it was my birthday and made a big fuss presenting a beau...tiful ice cream with a candle and giving us a photograph to take home. We had not pre booked and I had not expected any special treatment but this made my night! Staff were genuinely interested in talking to us and making sure we had a wonderful experience.

Despite its slightly pricey menu, it's definitely worth grabbing a bite to enjoy the atmosphere, especially if you're a fan of these joints. They used to have 2 stores in Osaka but one of them closed down due to COVID-19. Now the one by USJ is named "Hard Rock Osaka." Just like this store, I always ...enjoy walking into a Hard Rock joint to admire the memorabilia they display.

The food is tasty (try the Leg...endary Burger!), though prices lean toward the higher side for what you get. Service is generally friendly, but it can get slow when crowded. A must-visit for the experience, but don’t expect gourmet perfection. Great for groups and special occasions!
