About Yuba (Tofu skin) and Tofu restaurant "UME NO HANA"
We are a Japanese restaurant that uses "Tofu" and "Yuba". We are particular about a sense of season so that you can relax in an atmosphere with Japanese culture. We prepare "Tofu" and "Yuba" dishes such as "Yudofu (boiled tofu)" and "Hikiage Yuba" (Yuba is freshly made before your very eyes and pull it up and eat). Not to be constrained by stereotypes, we prepare dishes taking in various kinds of seasonal ingredients like "Wagyu beef", "Tempura", and "Sashimi" besides "Tofu" and "Yuba". We want you to fully enjoy Japanese culture. So we are particular about not only dishes but also "Atmosphere", "Equipment". Also, we are caring about "Appearance of the store", "Japanese flower arrangement", and "Tableware". We hope people from abroad to experience Japanese culture even just a little bit.
