“Stay away”

We stumbled upon this place and I thought it will be OK as it's run by Kizakura Brewery. Everything is average and nothing is special. It was almost empty when other places around was packed. I guess everybody else knew that their dishes are very small in portion. I mean one dish had maybe 4 bites, ...lol. Over priced so so food. Disappointed to say the least.
