We are doing our best effort into the "delicious" from the first bite, repeating trial and error in making its soup with select ingredients.
We took care in making the fusion of ingredients, soup, and created Hakata motsunabe hotpot of OOYAMA.

Recommended for people who like the rich and savory taste. The flavor of sesame oil put at finishing is wonderful.

...You can enjoy the springy taste of the fresh offal with a simple soup.
It has the outstanding flavor of garlic compared with miso.
◆Mizutaki style◆
...It is a mizutaki style hotpot with a well-cooked dashi soup. *Garlic is not used.
