“Last night in Osaka”
My Wife took me here for Dinner... What a Wonderful Experience...! From the moment I walked in,was treated Special, The Staff are so nice, from the Lady at the entrance To the service staff...everyone treated me as I was the most Special Guest...a nice feeling for sure! As you can see, the view is ...Fantastic And the Food...where do I start... lol 5 courses from the Lobster I had... And Super delicious Steak, cooked at the table, As I went for the steak and lobster combo... And the wine list is great... I had my first Slovician wine,it went perfect with the lobster if I may say so. I’m just sorry that I had this experience on my last night in Osaka, as I for sure would have experienced this more had I known of it earlier... If you have the chance and the time... Definitely check this experience/restaurant out... Well worth it :)

“Long time customer”
I've been a loyal customer of Chunagon for about 6 years now. I have only visited the restaurant in Umeda, having heard that the one in Nanba isn't nearly as good when it comes to service. I don't know about the ones in Kobe. The food here is excellent if you like lobster - Japanese lobster. The ...service is outstanding, and there are a variety of dishes and courses. Dinners can be pricey but lunch ranges from very reasonable (US$ 10 for the cheapest combo) to medium range for full course (cheapest course about US$ 45, with options varying from $45 to 100). The space available is excellent, so you won't be elbowing the person on the next table. The very opposite, the tables are so far apart that you don't have anyone next to you. No small tables either, all tables are wide and the seats comfortable. A place for you to enjoy your meal. It is on the 32nd floor, so the view is very nice as well. It is a place worth visiting

“Surf and turf (langouste et steak) Japanese style”
I last ate at Chunagon seven or eight years ago. They have kept up, possibly improved their service. Live Ise Ebi is the main reason to dine at Chunagon. Raw, then back in red miso soup. After a few other dishes, waiters grill steak at the table on portable hot stone griddles. The waiters are well... trained and gracious. The combination of dishes and flawless service is ideal for business or semi formal events.
