Japanese Black Beef and Offal YAKINIKU DESSE

I visited this yakiniku restaurant with my family, but I have decided never to go back. I was extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service. I asked for a grill replacement, but even after 10 minutes, no one came. When I asked again while receiving our food, the staff didn’t even a...pologize and simply said, “After you finish grilling the meat.” and walked away. I had never heard of such a rule in a yakiniku restaurant before, so I stopped them and said, “I’ll move the meat aside, so please change it right now.” Only then did they finally replace the grill. While doing so, the staff sarcastically smiled and said, “It was my fault.” It didn’t feel like an apology at all—just a passive-aggressive remark. Perhaps because 80% of the customers were tourists, the staff’s attitude was shockingly poor. The employees were consistently unfriendly, and I never once felt that they valued their customers. The meat itself was average, but after such a frustrating experience, no matter how good the food might be, I will never return. This restaurant seriously needs to reevaluate its approach to customer service. By the way, the male staff member who served us was named Hattori.

We reserved a table before hand - good idea, cause it was very busy. The service was excellent, quick and very friendly. The food amazing, super tasty!

Beautiful wagyu, the pricing was fantastic and the service was pretty much instant. The setting is homely and warm, very impressive.

A really nice evening. I was looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience. I don’t normally cook for myself but I really enjoyed being able to get another cut of meat and cook it to your liking. With a cold beer 🍺
