This is a great option for large portions of good sushi at value pricing. This will not be the best sushi you have in Japan but it is certainly above average and the quality/value ratio is very good. I stopped in for a quick bite- had the unagi (eel) and the negihama roll , both of which were d...elicious and satisfying. I will be back again to try some of the other varieties in a future trip. There is some English spoken (wait staff).

We visited this Sushi restaurant based on the good Google reviews and it did not disappoint. The portion is HUGE,for example the mini rolls are as big as the "standard" rolls serviced in the UK Sushi restaurants and some of the fish slices are too big to bite in in one go. The fish is fresh, tasty a...nd well presented. We tried Sushi with Kanimiso (crab innards) topping for the first time and it is so die for! The staff does not speak English, but is very friendly and efficient. During dinner time most of the dinners there are locals. The menu is in Japanese, English and Chinese, so non-Japanese speakers will have no trouble in ordering foods. We didn't eat in any other Sushi restaurants while in Japan, so can't comment on price, but it was certainly cheaper than the Sushi restaurants in the UK.

This is a lively and friendly restaurant with an English menu and helpful staff. The servings are quite large - larger than any I've seen in Japan. The atmosphere is nice enough and quiet enough that you don't have to yell above the music. In fact, everything here was great except that the sushi was... not particularly good. If you want an easy experience and don't speak Japanese you'll find this friendly and pleasant. But don't expect anything great flavor-wise.

Close to our hotel, we found this Sushi place. Service was fast and the sushi quality was great. Somehow the wasabi this restaurant has is extra strong. They had a menu with pictures but no English menu. You can pay with credit card.

I visited this sushi restaurant a few years ago and was impressed by its super size sushi. There are a few branches over the west Japan area, including Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka, and Tokyo. I visited most of them before. When I came to the restaurant in Sannomiya this time at around 7:15 in the evenin...g on a Friday it was almost full. There are both counters and tables available. We sat on the counters and as in most sushi restaurant the atmosphere is exciting. Almost all of the sushi is of super size and super size is the signature of the restaurant. Salmon, toro (fatty tuna), butan ebi (big prawn), uni (sea urchin), anago (sea eel), etc, all in very good quality. I also tried the charcoal hotatei (scallop). The scallop is good but the shell is not hot. Awabe (abalone) is the least desirable of all the sushi I tried that evening. The chef have to cut the big piece of salmon into two so that it is easier for you to eat. And the salmon comes with ikura (salmon eggs) as well. Lastly I ordered a freshly made miso soup with fish and it was so fresh. One problem of it is there are people smoking in the restaurant. The restaurant provides English menu to foreigners. Yen 4000 per person is what I paid for a sumptuous dinner.
