“Average beer and atmosphere”
Visited quite a few craft beer bars while in Kyoto, this would be the least likely one I would visit again. Staff were pleasant but didn't know too much about the beers and was quite pricey comparatively.

“Very good beer and good choice of styles ”
Just to the west of Nishki market area. A bar with most people sitting at tables and eating. However, there was no problem with us sitting on stools on the side and just drinking beer. Modern music (rather than jazz) in the background. Waiter service, very friendly and good English. Nine craft beers... on tap including amber, copper, golden, saison, stout, belgian white and dunkel wiesen all between 5 and 6 per cent. Small glass (270ml) 600-750 yen, medium (370) 800-950 yen and large (420) 1000-1150 yen. We had four beers of which two were good and two were very good. Our favourite was the copper style beer called Beer No.6 "Voyager Brewing ".

“Good beers”
Decent range of craft beers, food looked but but didn’t eat. Prices are similar to craft beer elsewhere in Kyoto and generally in Japan.

“Great craft beer and nice environment ”
Really nice open and fresh bar with excellent beer menu. The food was also great and the chips were a big hit with the teens as they were home cut and fresh.

“Good Craft Beer Bar”
Nice selection of Japanese beers in a really cool setting. The staff was super friendly, spoke English and had really good knowledge of the beer. Even though we didn't try their food, other than mixed nuts, it smelled really good. We liked it so much we came back a couple days later. Thanks for t...he hospitality guys!
