“An English pub except they serve Belgian beer”

Located in between the Hankyu railway and the main drag, in an alleyway is this hidden pub. A tad more expensive than the regular pubs but they only offer import beers on TAP. The food offerings were more than just regular pub fare. Cheese plates, Belgian fries (which are tasty but the portion... was small) as well as full course set menus. We would go again.
