“Nice food spoilt by poor service ”
Food was pretty good. However you have to order via a QR code. There is no paper English menu. We didn’t have any guidance on how to do the ordering . The main course arrived with the appetisers. We did nog feel welcome nor were we give. Much attention. The worst service in our 18 days in Japan! It ...was also the most expensive meal!

“Amazing good, very average service.”
The food here is amazing. Full of flavour. Absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced however very small portions. Lovely ambience being surrounded by beautiful fish tanks. Quite romantic. The service was very ordinary. I had to get up and approach a waiter/waitress every time we wanted to order a new ...drink ect. which was slightly disappointing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and atmosphere. Just don’t expect good service.

“Food fair, terrible service”
If they let you pile up your plates like that and nobody notices, the service speaks for it self! Right?. The food was good at fair prices. But it was the worst service in two weeks of traveling.

“Great atmosphere and Friendly staff”
Outstanding!!! Japans largest Aquarium dining has over 10 tanks with 10,000 fish. It`s perfect for couple. They have good enough selections of drinks and choices of dishes. They are prepared with English menu and friendly English speaking staff. We ordered 3 kinds of wagyu grill set. it was fabulous.... You must try it. Easy access from Namba station. This is one restaurant which I want to recommend to my friends and colleague.

“fashionable”
There were many aquariums and fashionable. We chose the standard plan. Dishes were also very good, especially the cream pasta of raw sea urchin and mushroom. We had a good time. However I am sorry we waited long for our dessert to arrive.
