Unfortunately, our experience at Isomaru Suisan Namba Nankai-dori was very disappointing. The crabs we ordered were frozen and extremely salty, making them difficult to enjoy. We eventually left without finishing the portion. The biggest disappointment was the customer service — essentially zero. T...here was no meaningful effort to address our concerns or make the experience better. For a seafood restaurant, we expected much better quality and service. Not recommended.

Isomaru Suisan is opened 24 hours. The tablet ordering was comfortable and easy. Highly recommended are kani miso, scallops and shrimp.
