“Great place! Excellent food’”
The food was excellent! Food portions are typical of Japan and not the excess of the USA, so if you are looking for large meals, I recommend ordering a couple appetizers, rice, and then your entree. Quality was great and service expedient. Personable and an English menu. Would come here again an...d again.

“They even remembered us when we came back days later…”
The braised beef was excellent. So was the fried sea bream. Gyoza excellent. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Excellent meal in a delightful atmosphere.

“Perfect for a casual fanily dinner”
It was raining and we had to pack, so we were looking for something within walking distance from our VRBO. Sherry hit the spot! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 12 and 10yo) as everyone was able to find something they liked on the menu, which is a combination of Japanese and... more Western dishes. Everything we ordered was good - even the cheese pizza!

“overexpectation !”
just find somewhere to drink around our hotel (close to Kiyomizu Keihan station) i've read some review and decided to proof that. after took off our shoes and put it in our "personal" lockers .Their menu look so simple but price was interesting,not expensive. We've ordered one beer ,one japanese sa...ke,a glass of beer ,sashimi dish ,soft drink and dessert called "parisien style" crape. everything was good nothing to complain. :-) paid for 40 dollars with a warm welcome staff. we'll go back again next time

“We loved it - went twice”
We went here on our first night in Japan. There were 4 of us, we were given a private room upstairs. Service was very good and fast. Prices reasonable. We ordered a wide selection to share off the menu and we fund everything was excellant. We enjoyed it so much we went back 6 nights later.
