Found the meal very expensive for what was received. That said, they probably had the best spring rolls I have ever eaten.

“Lovely Chinese Food”
We stayed at the Osaka Plaza Hotel and decided one night to eat in at the in-house Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was not busy and we were offered a booth to sit in which was very comfortable. We enjoyed, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, sweet and sour chicken and port and vegetable fried rice. ...Unusually for us we followed up with dessert being coconut milk which was thickened with tapioca and coconut balls. All the food was delicious, well presented with prompt pleasant service. We enjoyed wine by the glass. Staff were friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable.
