"Autumn (it has another meaning in Japanese, get bored) never comes to the restaurant" = A restaurant that you never get bored. That's why the owner named the restaurant "SHUNKATO (spring, summer, winter)". You can enjoy dishes with rare ingredients that are carefully selected, for example, "Tajima free-range chicken's white liver, served raw". We also serve various creative dishes, for example, "Shrimp mixed with black vinegar and mayonnaise". We have a selection of shochu, Japanese sake and wine. It is the perfect place to enjoy "casually" in a "stylish space with delicious food and drinks"! Hori-kotatsu style private dining rooms are always occupied to please make reservations beforehand!
