An amazing place with choice of dining experience from low tables to floor mats to traditional tables to suit all types of knees! The tofu and various varieties of sea food are amazing. Take an unhurried walk in the Japanese garden after the meal with plenty of good photo ops. Better to go for an ea...rly dinner to get the best service !

we got the deluxe sushi kaikeisi meal for myself and my fiance. it was a lot of food but none of the sushi pieces were what you could label deluxe. none of the non sushi pieces - soups, tempura, beef were even above average. The staff did not explain what we were eating, simply came to drop off f...ood and gather old dishes. For such a premium price, we were expecting much more of an experience as opposed to large portions of food which were not memorable.

I was extremely disappointed with the food and the service in this restaurant. The food in the Bendo set were from the basic market materials. They were old and cold. The waitresses were indifference and inpatient. There were even no tissue proved in the restaurant. When I asked for a tissue to cle...an my hand, the waitress replied with 'NO, No tissue here'. The price was extremely high in regards to the quality and the service they provided. I would not recommend any tourist dinning in this restaurant!

I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food at this restaurant! The food tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and the tempura was very greasy and cold! The girl that greeted us was friendly and helpful however the other waitresses were quite rude and impatient! The meal was ve...ry expensive for the quality. The ingredients used were basic items of super quality and not fresh! 🙁 I would not recommend this restaurant to other tourists. Very disappointing overall!
