Mikawa uses carefully selected eels from Ishiki.
Prepared upon receiving your order, our secret sauce is assiduously applied and your eel is slowly grilled in the jiyaki style...
All resulting in a finished fragrant and melted exquisite eel dish.
The rice used is "Wakaba Koshihikari," produced in and limited to Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The texture is soft and appearance lustrous, and the aromatic flavour plays an essential role in drawing out the eel's taste.
For those who do not like eel, please thoroughly delight in our captivatingly flavoured hakubi.
We bring you rare local sake and shōchū together with a blissful time.
