“It was open late”
The wagyu and offal were not bad for a yakiniku place, just pricey for such small servings. What really surprised us was the bill. We were charged for the small bowls of shredded cabbage “salad” which we did not order and which we assumed were complimentary given the fact that it is freely given out... in unlimited quantities in other places. The restaurant had also apparently taken it upon itself to “upgrade” the beef udon we ordered to the most expensive variant, without informing us, of course. The amount involved is not really that big, but it was thoroughly disappointing to encounter this kind of thing for the first time in a Japanese restaurant after almost a decade of travels to this country.

“Been watching to much Samurai Gourmet”
Found this place and thought we could imagine Kazumi eating here so we gave it a shot. Turned out to be one of our favourite spots. Very yum.
