“Loved it”
Really loved this place. We went there a couple of times during our stay in Kyoto. The service was great and the food was delicious and authentic. If you are ever in Kyoto it's a great place to eat and only a couple of minutes from Kyoto station.

“Delicious”
The service was exceptional, and they had an English menu on a tablet which made ordering easy. The food came quickly and was incredible. Easily the best food we have had in Kyoto. The price was also very reasonable. We wish we were staying here longer so we could go again.

“Big bustling izakaya with very good food”
This restaurant is one floor down from the street. You summon a waiter with a push button on the table. Huge menu of Japanese dishes. They have an English menu too. My favourite dish is the Korean (very) hot bowl with beef, rice and egg. Everything we ordered here was good. We came here in 2012 and ...happy to report it hasn't changed at all.

“An excellent place to eat sushis”
If you want to eat good sushis at a good price this is THE place to go. Near Kyoto station this restaurant is easy to find, the interior is beautiful the service is nice and the food is excellent.

“Delightful Meal”
Had an enjoyable sashimi lunch at the restaurant. Nice ambience with adequate privacy for diners thru use of wooden strip partition. Food is good quality with matching service. Reasonably priced. Delightful experience overall.
