“Horrible!! Don't eat here!! ”
My partner and I have been travelling all over Japan for a month now. We eat Kobe beef at least 3 times a week. This was the worst Kobe beef we've had. Very expensive and we kept spitting it out. Could not chew it, full of gristle. The staff lied to us, we wanted to eat upstairs and they said it wa...s full but I went up there and no one was there. They served us garbage beef. None of the staff care about their food or service. Don't eat at this awful restaurant. Take away their Kobe licence now. They should not be able to serve it. We feel that we were totally ripped off.
