“Average and expensive food”
Went to this hotel restaurant for lunch. Service was fast and polite. However food was not as good as would be expected according to prices. Sushi was a bit chewy. First wrong sauce was brought to sushi. This place needs improvement before it can be recommended.

“Very Yummy”
We came here for dinner one of our first nights in Japan. We enjoyed some Tempura, Sushi and Wagu beef. Everything was well presented and came out very quickly. The staff were very attentive to our needs.

“Good experience but rude service”
Was there for dinner and it was great food. A lot of attention to details. Very delicate cuisine. Portion were a little bit small for the price but OKeish still. Service is below average. They were serving plate too quickly - the second you finish something, they take it and bring you the next dis...h. At the end of the dinner, they brought me the bill without me asking for it (literally 5 sec after finishing the dessert), I gave my Credit card and waitress invited me to pay at the counter. I felt a bit like they wanted to get rid of their customer ASAP as other people were waiting for be seated. A pretty rude attitude in my opinion. I usually like to leave soon after the dinner, to be brought the bill quickly but here it was too much .. Despite this, a fair experience.
