Chicken salt chanko hotpot simmered for 10 hours is also popular.
Our owner prepares yakitori while checking its condition every day. We use only fresh chicken.
Instead of serving many kinds of yakitori selections, we limit the number of grilled chicken, each of which well-prepared with our heart.
