“Nice yakitori place”
Nice little yakitori place just a short walk from Himeji station. I was staying at Dormy Inn and this place was on a small street behind it. Food was good and cheap and staff was really nice and helpful with their suggestions. I would go again if I'm ever in Himeji again.

“A quaint restaurant bar in a back street”
We really weren't sure what we were ordering to eat but the chef and wait staff did their better to explain the menu. The skewers, cabbage and white (vegetable) root salads were simple and delicious. Many eating places don't sell wine so I was impressed that wine was available in small bottle. I thi...nk the brand was called "Every". It was very drinkable.
