“Cheap and chearful”
Nice fast yakitori restaurant. Not the best of restaurants Kyoto has to offer, but popular with the locals.

“such great and tasty food at incredible prices”
whether in tokyo or kyoto, we love this place and have been to about 5 of them in this chain. Its great food, super tasty, and cheap. its open from 5pm till 5am, and thats perfect for late night eaters like us. so when its not ramen, its yakatori for us here. yakatori is skewers with chicken por...k and beef and many variations

“Order with a tablet - smoking”
We had diner at this restaurant on April 3. After you are seated you get a menu with a lot of different food options. Every item (even beer and soft drinks) costs 321 yen. There is a tablet for each table. You can see an explanation in English for every food item. Select the items you want and confi...rm your order. A little while later you will get your food delivered at the table and you can enjoy your diner. When you are finished you select the pay button on the tablet, take the black plastic table number and pay at the counter (cash or credit). Be aware: the people at the first four tables closest to the exit door were smoking.

“Cheap yakitori for an average dinner”
This was our second trip to Japan and apart from some street food experience we never tried a yakitori dinner, so we decided to give it a try while staying in Kyoto. Our choice has been Torikizoku as it appeared to be quite a popular chain among locals. Most of the customers were young people proba...bly attracted by the cheap prices for food and drink. As it happens everywhere in the world, you pay for quality so in this case it was no surprise to just get average quality food for the price we paid. Everything happens via computers here, you get your table by reserving your place in the queue on a terminal at the entrance and when your number's up you get your seat. Orders are taken via tablet directly from the table and the service is fast and reliable. If you're looking for a cheap dinner it might be a decent choice, but only if you really are into yakitori and chicken.

“Cheap & Tasty Chicken”
A wide variety of grilled skewer chicken at a affordable price and a few other dishes. Totally recommended, The flavour is yummy, they use a really great sauce.
