Kamesushi Sohonten

We had an amazing meal here! We did have to line up outside in the cold for quite a while, but despite the queue it was a great experience. The fish was fresh and tender, so delicious! They had an English menu and were more than happy for us to order more food as we hadn’t ordered enough to begin wi...th. The hot sake was tasty and the white wine was also really nice and fruity.

We dined here on our last night in Osaka and it was amazing. They offered english menu however it was not comprehensive. We’ve googled our usual order back home in japanese such as “engawa” and minced tuna roll which was off the English menu. The quality was good. Staff were attentive. The counted t...he number of plates by putting the chip in the stick which is quite an interesting way to do. We arrived at 6:15pm and the restaurant was already half full so it’s better to get here earlier to avoid the line.

Asked for omakase (chefs choice) which wasn’t on the menu but the chef happily obliged. Good variety and quality of sushi. Get there before it opens as there always seems to be a queue.

12€ per person (eating soooo much). Super fast service. Best quality. You can choose between a lot of kinds of sushi, including maki. Nice workers (helped us if we had a question). Please come here, you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant serve sushi/sashimi at reasonably price/performance ratio. They restaurant is a bar basis as their traditional. The english menu is available but I think it is much more better if you visit with japanese guy who can read their jap menu. The restaurant is located on tiny road, a bit d...ifficult to find but trust me worth every penny! I went there with my wife and end up with 17 plates of order!Master chef laughed!! I love their Kani-Miso very much.
