The chef makes a wide range of dishes all made with carefully selected seasonal fish and pike conger eel from Nushima Island, Awaji, as well as seasonal vegetables and delicious Japanese beef, etc.

Seasonal fish such as "pike conger eel" are sent direct from Nushima Island, Awaji, on a regular basis.
