Enjoy our special dishes made from carefully selected, fresh ingredients bought from reliable growers, as well as our wide selection of sakes and shochus from across Japan, in a relaxing bar atmosphere.
Our top recommendation is the "Taruko-sake," or sake served in a container made from "Sawara" cypress, which is also the name of our bar. Something not to be missed.
We also have a wide range of delicious dishes including oden with a rare cut of whale meat called "Sa’ezuri" (tongue) and our special duck "Nanban" soba noodles in a style of broth popular in the West of Japan.
