messy made sushi, we had to pay for sitting even after reservation and when we asked them to call a taxi because of rain, they charged us 1000 yen for making a phonecall…

The ambience is nice and food ok. We were disappointed in the service, it lacked the Japanese charm we have experienced at other venues throughout our trip to Japan.
