“Great food, attentive service”
Amazing food and excellent service. Everything is cooked to order - this is not “fast food” and it is totally worth it. Only about 18 seats, so you may have to wait. Everything is cooked with a charcoal grill in the middle of the restaurant. The set meals are delicious - be aware that there is a cer...tain way to eat them: taste the meat on its own, try with some of the accompaniments, then pour the broth over it all. The fish on its own can be salty to American palates, but it is meant to season the broth and rice as well. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and highly recommend when in Uji.
