Hanarenkon

This sweet gem is located in a little nook right on the famous "kitanozaka" street between Sannomiya and Shinkobe stations. Serving course sets that including sashimi, veggies, fish, and a small amount of beef, this restaurant serves up an amazing taste of Japan. The restaurant seats about 30 peop...le both at tables and at a bar. Each course is beautifully presented on unique pottery dishes and is as beautiful as it is delicious. While unique, I found the courses weren't so avant garde that they wouldn't appeal to a foreign palate. Don't miss this special place during your visit to Kobe!
