“Worst treatment in my 30 years of Japan visit. ”
It's my 5th time at the restaurant over the past 10 years. First time without my Japanese business associates. The service was horrendous. The restaurant was quite empty at 6pm. They put us in a room far away. It was a huge room with 3 tables. They made us cook the sukiyaki ourselves and brought u...s steam rice and soup and pickles all at once. It's like they do not want to wait on us. The only time we saw the waitress again was when we asked for the bill. Such a big disappointment for such a beauty spot for dinner. I won't be back again. Better of trying Kisoji or Karen in Osaka.

“Tasty japanese beef”
Came to this place after being recommended by hotel concierge. We went for the set menu which gives a great selection of japanese beef. Tried different cuts, all tasty with different texture. Great service, store manager is funny and friendly. Strongly recommend the garlic rice as well, amazing com...pliment to all the meat choices.

“Delicious”
We booked the sukiyaki hana course which is JPY11,500 per person. The beef was delicious! However, they only come with tofu, noodles, mushroom and scallions. We don't like scallions so ask them to change to other vegetables .. but they don't have! Service is excellent and we have our own room. ...Neat!

“Don't miss this place”
We ordered Sukiyaki course A, B, C, E , so we could find the difference . All are wonderful. At first the staff cooked sukiyaki in the pot for us then by ourselves later.

“Its an excellent shabu shabu restaurant”
This restaurant was recommended by a friend and what we notice right away is the price which averages Y 7,000 per person but since this was highly recommended, our group of 15 took the plunge. Once inside, you will be amazed at the traditional Japanese architecture; wood, tatami mats and the serv...ers are all wearing kimonos. Once seated on the tatami mats, foods from the appetizers, quality cut of beef, vegetables, noodles came in immediately brought in by an army of middle aged servers. You will never be waiting for your food at this restaurant. Since the price is on the high side, it is advisable to come in with an empty stomach so you can truly appreciate the foods being served. In our case, we were not able to finish everything since we were tempted with all the street foods being sold at the Dotombori area.
