“Michelin Star Omakase”
This was our first omakase experience and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Firstly, when it comes to this type of meal, there is a higher standard being held to ambiance, price, food preparation, quality, plating, etc. Secondly, there is going to be some things people don’t like to eat and even thou...gh they don’t have to cater individually, its great they offer a courtesy to do so. So with all that aside, we tried booking a month ahead for dinner, but were only able to get lunch instead. Since it can be hard to reserve late in the game, we took what we could get. Also, you do need to pay the full amount up front. Note, if you cancel 3 days or more prior, then you can get a full refund. Otherwise you lose it! Upon arriving at the restaurant, you see an unassuming storefront. When you enter, someone will pop out from a sliding door to greet you and have you seated along the long sushi bar. There are lockers for you to stow away your coats and bags. The staff will ask you for any food allergies or exceptions, then proceed to prepare things right in front of you. You get the delight of enjoying the incredible knife skills of the chefs cutting up the fish, while a waiter/waitress checks on your beverages and tidies up for you right away. The food serving begins almost right away and comes at a steady stream - appropriately after you finish an item. We were delighted by the selection and range of seafood. To top that, everything was very fresh and smooth creating a whole level of new experience for sushi/sashimi. Overall, we had about 20 items in about 2 hours. It was a fantastically intimate experience and well worth it in our opinion.

“Good experience”
We were there for lunch since dinner was fully booked. It was good omakase, but the rice could be better.

“Excellent meal”
I guess it must be the best in Osaka. ¥16000 for a 2 Michelin stars omakase course, it s cheap comparing to the omakase in Tokyo

“Fresh fish & talented chef”
Now this is where to eat sushi in Osaka! Extremely fresh seafood and prepared with so much precision, every piece was delicious. Difficult to get a reservation so do make yours at least a month before you plan to go.
