My wife and I have been to this Umeda location more times than I can count over the past 4 years. We keep coming back because the Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Wings, Burgers, Desserts, etc., etc. never disappoint. The staff is also friendly, attentive and provide great service every time. We will keep co...ming back in the future.

Chain restaurant with good steak at a reasonable price . It is very much a get them through quickly restaurant with reasonably basic decor. Quite hard to find as its in the basement floor of an office block.

I had a steak focaccia and it was honestly the best cooked steak I’ve ever had in my life. I was surprised. They have excellent customer service, I think we may have had to make a booking but I wasn’t sure... either way, they allowed us to come in for a 2 hour period only. They also make the bes...t Long Island Iced Teas. 😌 Definitely recommend coming here if you feel like something close to home!

A worldwide franchise chain from America with an Australian theme. A few things that were really good: Bloomin Onion - it is really tasty and it is unique to this restaurant. It is their fried in flour, whole onion, cut like a flower. It is really good and truly a must if you are coming to this ...restaurant. Baby rack of Ribs - It was really good taste and portion size. We are not talking about the best ribs in the world but for a franchise menu item, this is worth ordering. Baked potato with all the fixings. This was satisfying and done correctly. Not so good things: The steak!!! We ordered their ribeye steaks. It was nothing to write home about. Just meh!!!! Cooked as ordered but it wasn't a great piece of meat. Cockroach! We had a cockroach that crawled up my pant leg and the waiter moved around to step on it....... Since we were sitting in the middle of the dining room, we were wondering how it managed to get to our table. All in all, it had some positives. The cockroach did shock us and we ended up obsessing about it. Not sure we would go back......

I basically never give a 5 star review but this food was fantastic. I had the best piece of steak that I have had in many a year. Initially my steak was not cooked well done as requested but the staff were so helpful in cooking it abit longer and it was amazing. The service was exceptional and it wa...s the best allround meal I have had for awhile. Cannot recommend more highly. Prices very good also. We loved it so much my daughter gave the waitress a fluffy koala bear as a thanks. Topped off a great day!
