Despite his obvious mastery of the grill, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and passionately explanatory about the art of Kobe beef. When I asked Chef Kamada how he personally prefers to eat his Kobe, he didn't just give a passing answer. He took the time to meticulously suggest the perfect side combinations and the exact cook times to unlock the meat's maximum flavor profile. He orchestrated our plates perfectly. The marbling and preparation were so precise that the beef practically dissolved on the tongue. It delivers a euphoric, buttery richness that will quite honestly ruin all other steaks for you forever. Chef Kamada managed the dining experience with the precision of a maestro and the hospitality of an old friend, making us feel completely at home while delivering world-class, Michelin-level execution. I am from Cyprus, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I would make the 9,000-kilometer journey back to Japan for this experience alone. “Wagyu Beef experience”
Kobe beef was excellent. Our chef Kamada-san prepared everything in front of us. The meat was so tender and delicious.

“Kobe steak worth every penny”
The food was absolutely fantastic .. Our chef T. Kamada was great, kind and friendly but the most important he cooked in front of us and was best meal we have had in Osaka by far. Absolutely wonderful absolutely wonderful cannot say enough.
