Shabuwara is a shabu-shabu and sukiyaki specialty restaurant where each person gets their own pot, allowing groups to enjoy their meal at their own pace. We are committed to using delicious, healthy, and wholesome domestic vegetables, and offer Japan's top three brand-name wagyu beef: Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef, and Omi beef, as well as select domestic pork.

◇Shabu-Shabu
The concept of "one pot for one person" is the origin of our shabu-shabu. Because you get your own pot, you can create your own experience. We offer a selection of soups and dipping sauces so you can enjoy various flavors. Choose from seven soups, four dipping sauces, and various condiments to create your perfect combination. Our meat is sliced fresh for maximum flavor, and we serve it with visually appealing "healthy vegetables." We invite you to experience this new take on shabu-shabu.
◇Sukiyaki
Our sukiyaki sauce is made with a base of honjozo soy sauce, sugar, hon-mirin, and sake, along with first-pressed dashi from Makurazaki bonito flakes. We add Kishu Nanko ume pickled in honey for a mild, mellow flavor. We use "Mihou-ran" eggs from Aichi Prefecture, laid by purebred Japanese "Momiji" chickens. The chickens are raised one per cage and fed a special blend of non-GMO corn, okara, rice bran, seaweed, and garlic. The yolk is so firm you can pinch it with your fingers, with a deep color and a rich, old-fashioned flavor.
