“Visited twice within 3 days!”
Great experience, we’re young Aussie couple and found ARATA to be full of great vibes and amazing food! Staff are so friendly! Not much of a language barrier, menu is also in English!

“Awful experience in every respect”
We went into this restaurant/bar based on their happy hour blackboard out the front. Despite being their only customers at that point, no welcome, slowest unfriendliest service we have encountered in our entire trip in Japan. We ordered then confirmed drinks were happy hour and were advised only hap...py hour if eating. We showed them the blackboard and it didn't say that. They said okay for beer only. Toilets had no soap or drying hand paper.When we paid it was an exorbitant price. When questioned, they advised there was 400Y covercharge per person!! No wonder it was quiet! Don't bother with this place
