“Worth the wait”
Fun little place for a quick bite to eat. Worth the 30 minute wait for a seat at the bar watching our gyozas made to order. 8 for £3. Think we ate 40 between the two of us!

“This place is fantastic!”
Whilst many pop in here for a quick in and out Gyoza, we went last night for supper. Very very fresh gyoza and made in front of you and cooked to order. Two main types, one with ginger one without (all with pork of course!). Great fun. Great service. Great food. I managed to demolish 4 plates of t...hem as they were so tasty. Can’t recommend this place enough. Take a seat at the counter to watch the cooking too. Great fun.

“Wonderful fresh gyoza, great atmosphere.”
My husband and I stumbled across this little gem whilst looking for somewhere to eat in the Gion district. So glad we did! It’s a small restaurant with a few tables and a counter around the cooking area. As we were early in the evening we went straight in but there is a queuing system when busy. W...e sat at the counter and watched the chef make and cook the gyoza by hand. Without doubt the best we’ve ever had! Excellent value for money too, friendly staff and of course, a spotless loo! Can thoroughly recommend.

“Not worth the wait”
Food is great. And waiting, a long wait is acceptable but a system which is efficient and have people waiting longer than they should is not worth it. Or play the system take a number come back hours later & you get to push in.

“A must for gyoza!”
So good!!! After a long day of tourig Ghibli Park, we were so tired and hungry. This place hit the spot!! They do 1 thing and do it well. I had the potato salad, cucumbers, and chicken soup as well as both types of gyoza. All were amazing! Small place but I love that as we got to watch the cook and... feel more like family than customers. A Kyoto must!
