“Crappy Manufactured Food but it is cheap!!!!”
Catering to the poor university student crowd, this is a national chain located right in front of the Hankyu Rokko train station. Even at a weekday afternoon, it is full of students, raucously having their lunch. Food is pretty awful. It always is. Doesn't matter which location. However it does... have an all you can drink soda machine and cheap meals which keeps this chain always busy. As for my chicken parm, the cheese was super rubbery and salty but for under 500 yen, I can't complain. Quick and fills you up. Cash only establishment.
