We are particular about the parts of tuna. You can enjoy rare parts such as the top of head, cheek, chin, and fish collar meat.
Our restaurant is special because we serve raw conger eels, raw mackerel, and blackthroat seaperch, that can rarely be eaten in other restaurants in Senshu.
