Kagawa's Koshihikari brown rice Mix with red vinegar. body temperature I...t makes the rice smell very fragrant. When the rice is fragrant, it must be balanced. with fish well. This restaurant is not recommended. For people who like simple things. Enter the restaurant and order Akita's Daiginjo Manzaku to eat with sushi. We reserved a course of 4 otsumami + 12 sushi.

Considering that it’s a one Michelin star establishment, the expectations was higher. The fish and seafood used for the dinner was nothing out of the ordinary. Many sardines and mackerels were used and the sushi rice was on the sour side which did not complement the fish very well. It’s not bad but ...not wow.

My experience for this place was terrible, the entrance was hard to locate and not clear; the food was mediocre at best and definitely over salted. The rice was good but already salty but the chef put too much soy on the seafood on top of that. Worst of all, i got food poisoning from it! Ended up th...rowing up the whole meal later that night and I wasn't even compensated for it. Booked with voyagin and they might refuse to put my review up but never again.

Booked this restaurant online a week before arriving in Japan. This hard to find little restaurant was a delightful experience. Watching the chef prepare the best sushi ever in front of you makes the entire meal taste even better. Would highly recommend.
