“A fabulous meal and experience”
Could not fault! A wonderful experience and wonderful food. The chef talked us through the menu and was very engaging. A small restaurant so reserve a spot. Not to be missed.

“Hidden gem with delicious food and a welcoming chef”
We had a fabulous evening at this hidden gem. Chef Issei Obata was so welcoming and his food was delicious. We had the set menu which was so tasty and then added the seasonal speciality of scallop and sea urchin tempura which was out of this world. We would definitely recommend this for a memorable... night of food and chat whilst in Osaka.

“Great tempura experience”
This was one of the best dinner experiences we have ever had! Chef Obata was so thoughtful and enthusiastic to serve us. We stumbled upon this place and walked in with no reservation and he was so happy to accommodate us and serve us. He was very thorough with the preparation of each tempura, and ex...plained what each dish was. We asked for an extra uni and scallop, but unfortunately he was sold out for the day, but even so, he gave us an extra piece of scallop anyway. This was such a great experience and I definitely recommend it!

“Amazing Find”
This is an intimate restaurant and Chef Issei Obata is very delightful and welcoming. He makes fantastic tempura, which is light and delicious. The seko crab is only available in November and December. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the unique experience.
