“Chicken sashimi”

Check out the place in the picture. I travel to Japan too rarely to pick up the addressing and language. If you are ok walking into a place and saying "Erande" meaning you choose, sometimes you will get chicken sashimi. Enjoy. Based on what I could glean from the menu, it's organic and the place... is of course clean. Delicious and adviseable are often conflicting goals.
