“Poor quality Kobe, otherwise very good.”
Came for the Kobe, which was affirmatively bad. Worse than the flank steak served on the same plate. In fact, probably the worst cut in our order. The choice New York I buy in the US was many times better. So you are getting decent steak at Kobe prices. The Waygu was as expected, and many times... better than the Kobe. You cook your own food, and they will give you a free drink if you write a good review, which just seems shady.
