“Excellence in sushi”
This was an exquisite sushi experience. We found it through michelin guide, no problem with online reservation. The place is small with 8-10 seats, and there were as many staff as customers. The chef and staff have basic english though provide the name kf all fish and dishes in english, though conve...rsation was limited to japanese customers given the language barrier. Didn’t subtract to the experience because the food was the star. Marvellous flavours and combinations, and a massive departure from western-style michelin-starred restaurants.
