“Good lunch option”
Very good customer service from the staff. The sushi is of high quality, especially the maguro roll and sashimi platter

“Good Authentic Japanese Food”
We were invited to Japanese Benkay at Nikko Hotel located at Shinsaibashi, Osaka. The restaurant is elegant-looking with a modern touch of wood-finished furniture. We sat near the window area. A lady service staff explained to us the menu which was on the table of every individual mat. The dishes ...were served gradually, all nicely & uniquely presented. The taste was exquisite, very fine & delicate. Our menu included the sashimi platter that could melt in our mouths. Soup was tastily done. The condiments & cold dishes were a perfect blend. We had beer. The ambience was very peaceful. It is a good place for businessmen. The service staff were alert and polite. It was a good get-together dinner with some Japanese friends in Osaka. We had a wonderful evening of food & companionship. A good restaurant that I highly recommended.

I always have excellent Japanese dishes in Benkay, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The service was impecable and dishes always well presented.

“Great location and view from breakfast room.”
Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and good shower. Can be a little noisy at night as in any major city do pack your ear plugs. Good variety of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Staff very polite and you can pY to forward your luggage to next hotel.

“THE BEST JAPANESE HOTEL BREAKFAST”
Its the best Japanese hotel breakfast IMHO, grilled fish is a must try plus Japanese hospitality (head chef thumbs up) and very kind too.
