It goes without saying that these pancakes are OUT OF THIS WORLD. It’s true that the demand for tables is very high. We knew this ahead of time so we went at about 9:15 (they open at 10:00) and this was on a Friday. Fortunately you don’t have to WAIT in the queue — they have a machine that lets you ...take a number. We got #2! Then, we came back at 10:00 and everyone was seated in order of the numbers they kept. The service was very fast. We had our food in about ten minutes. You can also watch them make pancakes while you wait!

This place serves fluffy pancakes. I tried tiramisu pancake which was extremely delicious, full of flavor and fluffy as described. My friend tried the new seasonal matcha pancake with lemongrass and citrus agar. It was really good as well.

My 6 yr old and I visited here to have pancakes. We’ve eaten them at home in Australia but needed to have authentic Japanese pancakes while on holiday in Japan. Fortunately we had the best timing with our arrival, we were seated almost straight away but the queue formed right after us. The restaura...nt is very small, seats possibly 40-50 people and down stairs, easy to miss walking past. You register on a tablet at the front door and wait for your number to be called. They seem to seat to staffing numbers as opposed to seat capacity. There were empty chairs/tables available while we were there and plenty of people waiting outside. Service was great and you can even see the chefs in the kitchen making them! The pancakes were yummy, we both had plain with some whipped cream and what I assume is maple syrup. Tasted a bit like honey and syrup mixed together. The ‘banana milk’ what we call a banana smoothie at home was delicious as was our hot chocolate. Definitely worth a visit if looking for Japanese pancakes!

Delicious, you must try the pancakes here. But make sure you turn up early because 3 times we tried to go after dinner and there were no spots left. So we went at 4pm and finally got to eat it.

We have been looking at these pancakes for a while and were looking forward to try them. It took a bit of work to find the store but Google Maps is the way to go. We arrived just after 1:30pm and we got a seat straight away. The pancakes are cooked on a low heat, so there is a notice advising that a...t normal times the wait could be 20 minutes wait and at peak times up to 40 minutes. We ordered just the standard pancakes and it took about 15 minutes for them to arrive. Wow they were just wonderful,light fluffy and tasty with a type of whipped butter and a thin sauce.
