“Underwhelming to say the least”
Yes the pancakes fluffy but unfortunately that’s all they have going for them. There isn’t any substance or flavour, utterly disappointed I wasted a meal on the hype

“Preferential treatment to entitled foreigners”
Hot tip, don’t bother taking a number and waiting. If you’re a foreigner apparently you can just walk on pretentiously and be seated. Then you get to watch the hike others get served before you. They clearly didn’t have a reservation as they were using the ticket machine prior to walking in. Don’t c...ome here if you want to be served fairly

Ordered the tea flavored pancakes, hoping for a local spin. As an American pancake enthusiast, it was a hard pass. Pancakes were pretty flavorless, unappealing texture, atmosphere was flavorless, full of people but dead quiet, sad, inside. Order from your phone, no staff interaction. Food took a whi...le to come out. Full of tourists (yes, yes, I know, myself included). Cannot recommend.

“Overrated,overpriced and mediocre ”
We had the berry pancakes my son liked but was just average pancakes seem just ok if not for the stiff on top they would be below average. Mine was the pancakes meal with bacon and scrambled egg. First off the pancakes are horrible. Nothing like the fruity ones. You can tell right off. From t...he color to the rise. They were gritty and taste was blah, the caramel sauce we paid extra for couldn't even help. The salad and eggs were good. The bacon was in two small pieces like two thirds of one regular slice. Lol. Wait was an hour and a half. The only thing they do is bring food. You order on your phone, get your water refills . Not that I mind just FYI. Just not worth price,wait and taste was mediocre at best. Not worth the hype.
