“Amazing pancakes in a cozy environment”
Really tasty pancakes and cozy environment. In any underground room, this is a well hiden secret in Osaka. Amazing place worth visiting.

“Forgot our order”
Our 2nd time here. We have just received our food after a 1 hr wait on pancakes. I didn’t order as I couldn’t place one for what I wanted. We were in the first 5 tables on opening and ALL the other tables received their food and have left. The pancake when it arrived was nice but they obviously forg...ot our order.

“Everything was great except for one staff”
When we arrived we were advised that the waiting line is long and it might take an hour. We were willing to wait and so we took a number and decided to use the restroom first and ask for drinking water. I was with my 9 yo daughter and my senior 77 yo mom. I asked water for my daughter and one of the... waitresses immediately answered me “later”. She was telling me that I cannot ask for water now and that I can only ask for water when we are already seated. My daughter was already so thirsty and I begged for water since we will also dine later and we are willing to wait. But she again declined. I insisted telling her it is for my 9 yo daughter. She proceeded to give me water and saying thank you but with her eyes looking as if she wanted to kill me she made her eyes big and she was so rude. I let it go but asked for her name. I will attach her name in the photos. The food was great and was worth the wait. Hope you change this rude staff.

“Underwhelming to say the least”
Yes the pancakes fluffy but unfortunately that’s all they have going for them. There isn’t any substance or flavour, utterly disappointed I wasted a meal on the hype

“Preferential treatment to entitled foreigners”
Hot tip, don’t bother taking a number and waiting. If you’re a foreigner apparently you can just walk on pretentiously and be seated. Then you get to watch the hike others get served before you. They clearly didn’t have a reservation as they were using the ticket machine prior to walking in. Don’t c...ome here if you want to be served fairly
