“Traditional Japanese Coffee House”
After arriving to Osaka via Shinkansen, we decided to spend our first day in the Nanba/Naniwa wards. Our first stop was this coffee house as I was in need of a good cup of coffee. You choose from one of the three levels of roasts: light, medium, and deep, and brewed either pour over (in Japan this... is called 'Drip' which is misleading as drip implies using coffee maker) or siphon. I ordered a cup of deep coffee which used beans from Kilimanjaro and via drip. The coffee was amazing. We ordered coffee jelly which my daughter wanted and I ordered custard pudding which you can't get it in the states (closest is Flan). The place is small and quaint, which lend to cozy/relaxing atmosphere. Our orders came pretty fast. They may have a hard time if you don't speak Japanese.
